Wesley College Centenary Project
Wesley College’s Centenary Project is the biggest build in the South Perth school’s modern history – a sports and community precinct along Swan Street centred on a four-court gymnasium seating more than 1,800 people. Technical Alliance is delivering the audiovisual fit-out under main contractor Crothers Construction.
One room, four jobs
At the heart of it: a Martin Audio loudspeaker system on Q-SYS amplification and processing that reconfigures between teaching, assembly and show-court modes – one room that works as four courts of PE, a whole-school assembly, or a competition venue with a crowd. Around it, LED displays, four independent teaching systems and Sennheiser digital wireless.
The network behind it
Through the Link Building, Crestron NVX video-over-IP carries content to circulation displays, meeting rooms, five general learning areas and the Rossiter Level function room – all integrated with the College’s existing Vivi platform and running on a dedicated, future-ready AV network.
Working to programme
This is subcontractor discipline in practice: coordinated to Crothers’ construction programme, documented to contract, and commissioned so that every mode – PE class to capacity crowd – is proven before handover, not discovered after it.
