City of Rockingham
Technical Alliance is the City of Rockingham’s technology provider for audiovisual systems - a current and ongoing engagement. More than thirty City facilities run on one standardised platform: Crestron control and Biamp audio, specified, installed and supported by our team.
One platform across the City
Council chambers, community facilities and operational sites share one user experience, so staff move between rooms without relearning the technology, and support resolves against a known standard. The engagement spans consulting, design, integration and ongoing support - one accountable partner across the City’s estate.
Where it reaches
The relationship reaches past the chambers: Mary Davies Library and Community Centre, Baldivis Indoor Sports Complex and the Gary Holland Community Centre all run on the same platform - a dozen-plus jobs at some sites, reactive maintenance included.
Why standardisation matters
When a councillor speaks, the public can follow; when a room faults, the fix is a known quantity. That is the practical case for one platform across a local government estate - fewer surprises, faster resolutions, and training that carries from building to building.
