Project Profile: Baillie Hill Hospitality Precinct
Location: East Victoria Park, WA
Project Value: $25 Million
Sector: Heritage / Hospitality / Multi-Venue Precinct
The precinct includes four distinct hospitality venues, heritage hall, and outdoor community spaces. We delivered a high-performance AV solution that respects the site’s 113-year history while meeting the demands of a modern, high-traffic hospitality hub.

Scope of Works
- Multi-Zone Audio Distribution: Integrated background audio across four unique venues, including Milly’s Acre (Dining), The Berwick (Bar & Kitchen), Parco Pizza, and Greensleeves Gelato.
- Heritage Venue Integration: Specialist audio and connectivity fit-out for the “Long Hall” (Mildred Creak Building), designed for high-capacity functions, weddings, and corporate events without compromising the heritage-listed architecture.
- Outdoor Precinct Audio: Weatherproof, high-fidelity sound reinforcement for the precinct’s lush green spaces and market gardens, coinciding with the official opening of the adjacent Elizabeth Baillie Park development.
- Zonal Control Systems: Centralised, user-friendly control interfaces allowing staff to manage volume, sourcing, and atmosphere independently across different hospitality zones and outdoor areas.
- Event Connectivity: Infrastructure support for community activations, artists’ studios, and live performances within the precinct grounds.
A precinct-wide AV ecosystem that transitions from ambient afternoon settings to high-energy evening dining and large-scale community activations. The system provides acoustic coverage across the buildings and the expansive new outdoor recreation areas, ensuring the precinct is event-ready for its public debut.
