Baillie Hill is the $25 million transformation of one of Western Australia’s most historically significant sites – the 1912 Elizabeth Baillie House, the State’s first specialty maternity hospital, reborn as East Victoria Park’s five-venue hospitality precinct by developer Blackoak, opening in January 2026.

Technical Alliance integrated and commissioned the audiovisual and ICT systems across the precinct – five venues, from bakery to bar to distillery, each with its own character, all running on shared, supportable infrastructure: audio zones that follow the day’s mood, and displays and networks that serve front-of-house and operations alike.

We support the precinct’s systems on an ongoing basis – a village of venues doesn’t get an off night.
