For the Arts and Culture Trust of Western Australia - the statutory authority behind His Majesty’s Theatre, the Perth Concert Hall, the State Theatre Centre, Subiaco Arts Centre, Albany Entertainment Centre and the Goldfields Arts Centre - Technical Alliance designed and supplied a state-wide renewal of front-of-house and monitor mixing systems.

The fleet

DiGiCo Quantum 338 and 225 consoles with Fourier and Waves processing, Allen & Heath dLive systems, and Yamaha DM7 consoles with RIO stage racks - tied together over Dante, MADI and Optocore networks on Luminex switching, with redundant online UPS power behind every position.

Built to travel

Every console travels in touring cases with its own networking, so venues can reconfigure by production rather than by room. The Trust’s stages run from Perth to Kalgoorlie and Albany, and the systems have to work identically at every one of them.

Training as a deliverable

The engagement includes structured training for venue technicians across console platforms and networking, delivered metro and regional. A console fleet is only as good as the person behind it at half-hour call - the training is part of the job, not a favour after it.
