Showcased groundbreaking innovations from leading audio and visual technology companies. Industry giants such as QSC, Shure, NEXO, ETC, and L-Acoustics presented their latest advancements, setting new benchmarks in the AV landscape.

QSC: Connecting Spaces and Experiences

QSC captivated attendees with a reimagined technology tour at their stand (2P400), highlighting the future of integrated audio, video, and control solutions.
The tour featured:

  • The Lobby: Demonstrated custom check-in experiences integrated with AI-driven messaging and campus-wide paging, utilising the new PG-TSCG3 Touchscreen Paging Station.
    All Hands/Classroom Space: Showcased vision-based room automation with Q-SYS VisionSuite, including multicamera presenter tracking and innovative control methods, certified for Microsoft Teams.
  • Network Operation Center: Emphasised a cloud-first approach with Q-SYS Reflect, providing insights for proactive system support through remote helpdesk and custom data dashboards.
  • Spaces In-Between: Highlighted adaptive background music, lighting, and interactive signage, featuring collaborations with SpinetiX media players and LG displays.

Additionally, QSC introduced the NV Series Wallplate Encoder, a single-channel HDMI wallplate encoder designed for flexible and divisible spaces, enhancing network video distribution.

L-Acoustics: Masters of Sound Experience

L-Acoustics maintained a significant presence with displays in both the Professional Audio hall (Hall 7, booth 7G150) and the Residential hall (Hall 2, booth 2F150). Their comprehensive range of professional and architectural audio solutions included:

  • Soka: An ultra-shallow colinear loudspeaker, measuring just 99 millimeters deep, featuring nine 3.5-inch midrange drivers and three 1-inch high-frequency transducers, delivering a wide 140-degree horizontal sound field with controlled vertical dispersion.
  • X4r, SB6r, and SB10r: Compact loudspeakers and subwoofers designed for seamless integration into private architectural interiors, providing concert-grade audio performance.

In Demo Room B4 (Hall 8.0), L-Acoustics hosted the “Masters of Sound Experience” sessions, featuring interviews and discussions with renowned sound designers and engineers, offering insights into the creative processes behind exceptional sound design.

 

 

Shure: Pioneering Audio Solutions

Shure, located in Hall 3, continued to lead in audio innovation, presenting their latest microphone technologies and audio solutions tailored for various professional applications. Their booth featured interactive demonstrations of advanced audio capture and processing systems, emphasising clarity and reliability in professional audio environments.

NEXO: Immersive Audio Takes Center Stage

In Audio Demo Room F4, Hall 8.0, NEXO partnered with Yamaha and Steinberg to deliver a series of immersive audio demonstrations. These sessions showcased the latest in spatial audio technology, creating realistic and dynamic soundscapes for live events and fixed installations.

Immersive Sound Demonstrations

  • Yamaha’s immersive technology, combined with NEXO’s precision-engineered speakers, offered a next-generation spatial audio experience.
  • These solutions cater to concert venues, theme parks, multipurpose spaces, and houses of worship, ensuring audiences are surrounded by immersive, three-dimensional sound.
  • Each session was limited to 70 participants, providing an intimate setting to fully appreciate the spatial audio experience.

Innovations in Sound Reinforcement

  • NEXO’s latest loudspeaker and subwoofer solutions demonstrated improved clarity, coverage, and flexibility for sound engineers and system integrators.
  • With Yamaha’s processing power and Steinberg’s audio production expertise, attendees experienced a seamless blend of hardware and software solutions designed to create an immersive audio landscape.

 

ETC: Advancing Lighting and Control Technology

Located at Stand 6M900, ETC showcased its latest lighting and control solutions for both entertainment and architectural applications. Key highlights from their display included:

Architectural Solutions

  • F-Drive, Paradigm, and Mosaic: ETC demonstrated a full suite of system solutions for large and small-scale architectural lighting installations, ensuring flexibility and scalability for diverse projects.

Automated Lighting Fixtures

  • The debut of the High End Systems Zeo and SolaPix Fan 8, alongside popular Halcyon and Ministar fixtures, demonstrated ETC’s continued push for powerful, efficient automated lighting solutions.

Studio Lighting Innovations

  • Featuring ETC’s eight-color LED array, fixtures such as the fos/4, Source Four LED Series 3, and Desire Fresnel delivered unmatched color rendering and superior lighting quality for film, television, and stage productions.

Lighting Control Systems

  • Eos Apex with expansion processing, Road Hog 4-21, and Hoglet were among the cutting-edge control solutions on display, designed to provide intuitive and advanced lighting management.

Throughout the event, ETC specialists were available to discuss the latest advancements, providing hands-on demonstrations and insights into how their technology enhances stage productions, architectural lighting, and interactive environments.
