Accessibility Statement
Version 1.0 - July 2026
Our commitment
Technical Alliance wants people with disability to be able to access our website, understand our services and contact us without unreasonable barriers.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our design and testing target. This target supports our obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth), but this statement is not a representation that every page or every third-party item will always fully conform.
Measures we take
Our website design and content process aims to provide:
- keyboard access to navigation and form controls;
- visible focus indicators and logical focus order;
- sufficient colour contrast and a usable day/night display choice;
- text alternatives for meaningful images;
- headings, labels and link text that describe their purpose;
- form instructions and error messages that do not rely only on colour;
- zoom and reflow support on common screen sizes;
- reduced-motion support where animation is used; and
- a Simple Mode intended to reduce visual and interaction complexity.
We review accessibility when material content or functionality changes and use a combination of automated checks and manual testing.
Known limitations
Third-party documents, manufacturer content, embedded services or legacy material may not always meet the same standard. We will provide an accessible alternative where reasonable and available.
Accessibility can also vary by browser, device and assistive technology. We do not recommend relying on a single automated accessibility score as proof of conformance.
Feedback and alternative access
If you have difficulty using the website, need information in another format, or want to report an accessibility issue, contact us and tell us:
- the page or content involved;
- the task you were trying to complete;
- your browser or assistive technology, if you are comfortable providing it; and
- the format or adjustment that would help.
We will acknowledge the issue promptly, investigate it and provide an alternative way to obtain the information or contact us where reasonably practicable.
